L.e’s Summer Jam Performance
The Other Paper.com featured L.e in their Summer Jam review. We are sorry if you missed this performance. Visit the link or read below to see what they had to say about the performance…
” This set up LeForTheUncool lovely. Early in his set, he rocked a technical verse about being a pyramid of some sort and then brought out the N.P. and the Catalyst of Thought set to rock over the Mobb Deep/Kool G Rap Alchemist-produced classic “The Realest. Le’s set was a monster because of this formula. He intertwined his own songs with the work of some of the best lyricists in the city and top-notch instrumentals. And because his voice and delivery are so unique, Le was able to hold together and harness the chaotic energy into a truly special moment. Before bringing Rashad and the 3rd out, the deejay dropped Le’s hit “Polo on My Body.” AU, the song’s producer, joined Le onstage, and the room partied together on that song. ”

Paul Levitz, a writer for DC Comics for 35 years, is publishing this book about this company. It has details about his time with DC including the writing and publishing process, and vintage illustrations and photo-stills from the company’s past.
